November 29, 2019
End of one month, start of another. Wasn't sure where to put this one, but figure why not close out the month of November strong with a short but absolutely bangin update. While there are only 15 new songs this week, they're a really strong collection of tracks that tend to be pretty proper from top to bottom. And they round out a fat month of new music, with over 150 new songs from November. Let's get to it.
-
Up top kicks off with the latest remix of Roberto Suarce's summer hit 'Joys' from one of 2019's most prolific house and tech house producers, OFFAIAH.

-
Next up is a dreamy house tinged swoon from Pete Tong featuring HER-O, aka the Heritage Orchestra, off Pete's latest album, Chilled Classics.

-
A pair of Aussie acts help round out some of my favorite new tunes this week. First up is the Rufus remix of Foals' 'The Runner'. Rufus went all-in on the late-night deep house vibes with this 9:29 long journey. And Cassian offers up yet another quality remix by taking Yotto's 'Nova' into an entirely new dimension.

-
Things take a step back with Route 94's latest original, 'Close'. I gotta say, I'm intrigued by what Route 94 has been dropping of late. His tracks all lean into the underground, but each has a distinct identity. This latest one takes on a frenetic pace and alluring vocal samples that lull you into the vibe.

-
Through the middle of the playlist, I feature a lot of house leaning material from the likes of Miguel Campbell, Mat.Joe, and Lubelski, while the last handful of tracks close out with an eclectic mix featuring everything from the techy sounds of Solardo to some proper low-end frequency on 'Big Ting Vibe' which offers up one of the filthiest face-melting drops I've heard in a minute.

This week was all about quality over quantity. Hope you agree.

Man, this week has a ton of quality music with 45 new songs and closes out a November filled with solid tunes from start to finish. Structurally, up top starts off with some indie electronic cuts that build to a block of house slappers and eventually wraps up with some deeper selections intercut with a handful of bumpier numbers to keep the groove alive. Let's jump to it.
-
Had to kick off this week with the lastest new one from my boys NOKO who lend their remix talents to TWO LANES on their Drifting Remixes pack. NOKO take on 'The East' and amp up the energy with a bit of Flume inspired flare. I also included the Price Park remix of 'Back Down' that stays true to many of the elements that made the original a standout on the album while giving it a new laid back vibe. Some other indie electronic songs of note are new ones from Robotaki who dropped his latest two-track EP on Foreign Family, and a funky new one from a fellow Foreign Fam member pluko alongside Manila Killa and mysterious newcomer ilo ilo.

-
Things pick up a bit with the latest from Aussie bass god Kyle Watson who once again shines on his latest track aptly titled 'Bass Level', and a new one that's a certified slap from Get Real, the joint project from Claude Von Stroke and Green Velvet. Another hot new track from down under comes from producer LO'99 and vocalist DOOLIE out on one of my favorite Aussie imprints etc etc.

-
In the house section, Josh Butler and Eli & Fur both keep things a bit progressivey while also sticking to some staple house elements. Dom Dolla dropped another new remix today, this time taking Dua Lipa's 'Don't Start Now' to new heights, while rising duo Ship Wrek dropped their latest remix of ARIZONA's 'Problems' with their signature flare. Another hot new house song comes from Wh0, an artist I was not familiar with before this latest original. Botnek, Dombresky, Black Caviar, and Harry Romero round out the house block with a batch of heavier house selections.

-
This week had a handful of g-house inspired tracks from a range of artists. Some notable tracks come from Wax Motif & Matroda, Torren Foot, and Lady Bee who all dropped some serious flames.

-
I also threw in a selection of deeper cuts from the likes of Matthias Tanzmann, Ben Bohmer & Jan Blomqvist, Hernan Cattaneo, Damian Rausch, Shkoon, and Mark Reeves.

All in, so much quality music to close out the month.

November 8th & 15th, 2019
I didn't get around to dropping a new playlist last week, and it was also a fairly light selection of new tunes that I was really feeling. The good news is that this week is pretty staked and I threw in my favorites from last Friday to make for an extra saucy bunch of new tunes. Up top things start off housey before getting a bit more left of center.

-
Claptone gets things started with a new remix of British singer/songwriter Michael Kiwanka's 'You Ain't The Problem', a groovy number infused with tribal undertones.

-
Two of my favorite house producers, MK and Sonny Fodera, team up on their latest original 'One Night' featuring vocals from Raphaella. This one's filled with anthemic piano-led house sounds and a drop any fan of MK will instantly recognize.

-
Relative newcomer Steve Darko dropped a super hot new bass-driven banger on Dirty Bird that's one of my favorite new songs this week.

-
Madeon's much anticipated new album Good Faith is finally here, and it was definitely worth the wait. Fans were treated to a string of new singles that marked a new sonic direction for Madeon, and the seven new songs on the album stay true to that theme. Catch Madeon on tour now for a taste of Good Faith live.

-
NEIL FRANCES's remix of Big Wild's '6's to 9's' kicks off a block of more left of center tunes. Yoshitoshi released a 25 year anniversary mixtape with a host of new and old tunes. Route 94 keeps his string of new and different original music alive with his latest one 'Bada'. DJ Seinfeld released his latest EP featuring four new tracks, with my favorite of the lot being the dreamy 'Right, What Time Do You Wanna Meet?', and German electronic group GHEIST released their new three-track EP Zukunft on Watergate featuring their signature driving bass kicks and tight synth composition.

-
The last handful of new songs take a turn to the darker sounds of the underground, with a new banger out of CamelPhat and vocalist Jem Cooke title 'Rabbit Hole' that most definitely feels like a track designed to pull you into the wormhole. Two powerhouse tech house acts, Chris Lake & Solardo, team up on their latest single 'Free Your Body' out now on Lake's Black Book.

Lotta quality tunes out there this week! Enjoy.

November 1, 2019
What's up y'all. New month, all new playlist. October was a solid showing, and as always you can still check out all those tunes here. As for this month, kicking off with a ton of new music. The structure of this drop is a little more all over the place than how the playlist typically flows, but it's a really quality batch of new music. Let's get to it.
-
Started things off with a new one from Justin Jay and Nik Raineri called 'Oh Wow!' and I threw in another new one from JJ titled '824 Curson Ave'. Both these tracks pack the laid back disco vibes JJ's Fantastic Voyage imprint has become known for, making them a fitting pair to commemorate 3 years of FV.

-
Kasbo dropped a new one with vocalist Lizzy Land titled 'I Get You' that delivers the lush synths and vocal chops the Swedish producer has made his own.

-
Another new remix of PNAU's 'All Of Us' from BRUX keeps the hot streak of remixes alive for the Aussie trio.

-
Billy Kenny is back with a bangin new record on Gorgon City's Realm imprint.

-
Two purveyors of dark, hard electro, Malaa and Rezz, team up on a new original, 'Criminal'.

-
Holy moly. Walker & Royce turn up the heat on one of the hottest records of the year, dropping a furious new remix of Dom Dolla's 'San Frandisco'.

-
One of my favorite lesser-known producers from down under is a fella by the name of Benson, and his latest one with KLP is pretty bumpy.

-
Threw in a little batch of tech-house heat from Martin Ikin, Tim Baresko, and the Desert Hearts boys, Lubelski & Doc Martin.

-
That wonky artist name and song title mid-playlist are actually an alias for the ever creative Four Tet.

-
Another deeper cut comes from a Swedish producer I've been following for a minute, Bella Boo. She makes really out there yet rich productions that may not be for everyone but underground heads will appreciate. In fact, this whole drop is ripe with some proper underground tunes. Other noteworthy releases in this category are Thomass Jackson's trippy new take 'Naive Song in E Minor' that is really out there, as well as a separate one from Thomass that sees him team up with Theus Mago on 'Zango Zango'.

-
Toro y Moi released a new mixtape with an accompanying short film. For the full effect, jump right to the film here.

-
The back half of the playlist is filled with tons of vibes, and overall all the tracks flow in a really organic way.
